起因

今天老板批评我的时候随口说了句，“我随便做个MODEL都大把酬劳，还会在乎他们这点钱。”当时有点出戏，顿时觉得做模型有前途，有机会。

会遇到哪些问题

  • 没有时间
    没有时间看文档，没有时间操作软件，没有时间做任何事情。
    时间都是挤出来的，想做就抽时间去做。每天记录进展，总会有进步，总有一天达到目标。
  • 没有项目
    没有项目数据，没有项目资料，没有实战经验，缺乏碰到具体问题解决的实战经验。
    先拿案例练手，想清楚每一步需要做什么。后期需要项目再想办法，找数据。自己肯定会经手相关项目的。
  • 没有反馈
    尽可能找个人请教，如果有不懂的赶紧问，落实。

看了很多书，但看完后不知道自己到底学了什么，也不知道怎样在生活中使用。将知识拆为己用。

拆书方法
RIA + 便签读书法

何为RIA
R=Read，阅读原文片段
I=Interpretation，引导促进
A=Appropriation，拆为己用

RIA具体操作方法
将阅读分为：R（阅读片段）、I（用自己的话将知识重述）、A1（描述自己的相关经验）和A2（以后我怎么应用）

△R：在读书时，遇到某一个心动片段，停下来、划出来
△I：用自己的话重述原文知识，达到理解知识本身是什么的程度
△A1：写和这个知识有关的自己的经验，通过反思自己的相关经验，让这个知识真的和自己相关
△A2：写下针对这个知识自己可以如何进行下一步行动，让知识真的应用在自己的生命里

便签法：
I、A1、A2三个环节使用不同的便签来完成，利用颜色刺激
A2用来提醒自己，促进自己行为改变。
